What is cpqOsMibCondition?
This read-only enumerated value reports the overall health of the Operating System management subsystem represented by CPQOS-MIB as a whole. An admin polls this as a top-level health check before drilling into the more specific System, Processor, Memory, Disk, or Network sub-objects to find the cause of a problem. For example, cpqOsMibCondition reporting degraded(3) would prompt an admin to check cpqOsSystemStatus and the other per-subsystem status objects to isolate which OS resource is having trouble.
