cpqnTftpRowStatus

Module: CPQNTFTP-MIB

OID (symbolic): CPQNTFTP-MIB::cpqnTftpRowStatus

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.232.121.9.5.1.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: CpqnRowStatus

Access: read-write

Description: DURABLE: The status of this row entry. Entries are added to this table using 'row sets'. When an entry is added, this object must be set to row-valid(1). To delete an entry from this table, set this object for the entry to row-invalid(2). Row sets for new entries with a row status set to row-invalid(2) return a Bad Value error. Attempts to read invalid entries are rejected with a No Such error.

This table is indexed by cpqnTftpFileType. If an attempt is made to set this object for an invalid cpqnTftpFileType value, then a Bad Value error is returned.

What is cpqnTftpRowStatus?

This read-write CpqnRowStatus value, DURABLE across reboots, controls creation and deletion of an entry in cpqnTftpTable using the standard row-set convention: row-valid(1) to add an entry, row-invalid(2) to delete it. An admin uses this to provision a new TFTP transfer configuration entry via SNMP before setting its pathname, server IP, and transfer state. For example, an admin sets this to row-valid(1) as the first step in creating a new TFTP entry for downloading a firmware image.

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> CPQNTFTP-MIB::cpqnTftpRowStatus

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.232.121.9.5.1.2.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> CPQNTFTP-MIB::cpqnTftpRowStatus.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.232.121.9.5.1.2.1 s <value>
