cpqnTftpCanDldAfterBoot

Module: CPQNTFTP-MIB

OID (symbolic): CPQNTFTP-MIB::cpqnTftpCanDldAfterBoot

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.232.121.9.2

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: The agent returns can-dld-after-boot(1) if it allows cpqnTftpTransferState to be set to download-afterboot(3). The purpose of this object is to inform the management station of the file transfer capabilities of the agent.

What is cpqnTftpCanDldAfterBoot?

This read-only value tells a management station whether this agent supports scheduling a TFTP download to occur after the next reboot (can-dld-after-boot) or not (cannot-dld-after-boot). An admin checks this capability flag before attempting to configure cpqnTftpTransferState with download-afterboot(3), since that setting is only meaningful if this object confirms support. For example, a management script would check this object first and only offer the after-boot download option to the admin if it reports can-dld-after-boot(1).
