What is cpqLinOsSwapOutPerSec?

This read-only integer reports the amount of memory, in kB/s, being swapped out to swap files. An admin treats a rising swap-out rate as an early warning that available physical memory is becoming insufficient for the current workload. For example, a gradual increase in swap-out rate over several days without a workload change would lead an admin to suspect a memory leak building up pressure.
