What is cpqDMIIComponentID?
This read-only integer identifies which DMI component on the source system generated the indication being bridged into SNMP. An administrator uses it, typically alongside cpqDMIIComponentIDStr, to determine which hardware or software component triggered the event. A numeric component ID paired with its string equivalent tells an admin whether the alert originated from, for example, the processor component versus a storage component.
