This read-only Counter64 accumulates the total energy consumed by Outlet3 in decaWatt-seconds, and per the object's own description must be divided by 360 to convert it to Watt-hours. An admin uses this running total to track the actual electricity consumption of a KVM-over-IP appliance on Outlet3 over time, for capacity planning or charge-back billing between racks or tenants.
