What is cpeSysLogIndex?

This read-only Unsigned32 is the index identifying a single entry in the CPE's syslog record table. An admin uses it to enumerate and reference individual log entries returned by a syslog query. For example, after a syslog retrieval, a management tool walks cpeSysLogIndex entries in order to reconstruct the sequence of events leading up to a fault.
