What is cpeSysLogBeginTime?

This read-write DateAndTime object sets the start of the time window an operator wants to query from the CPE's stored syslog. An admin sets this before initiating a syslog query to scope the retrieval to the period around a suspected fault. For example, when investigating a service drop reported at a known time, support sets cpeSysLogBeginTime to a few minutes before the outage started.
