What is cpeSysInfoUptime?
The number of seconds the CPE, a customer-premises DSL modem or router, has been running since its last reboot. A low uptime value on an unexpected check tells the admin the device recently rebooted, which could explain a service interruption reported by the customer. A support technician sees cpeSysInfoUptime reset to a small number and confirms the customer's DSL modem power-cycled, matching the timing of their reported outage.
