What is cpeSysInfoConfigId?

A short identifier, up to 4 characters, used by a network management system to track which configuration version is currently applied on this CPE. It lets a provisioning system detect whether a device's configuration is in sync with what the network manager expects, and push updates when it's stale. A provisioning system compares cpeSysInfoConfigId against its master config version and pushes a firmware or config update to any CPE reporting an outdated id.
