What is cpePvcId?
This read-only Integer32 is the identifying number used to distinguish one ATM PVC from another inside the CPE. An admin uses it as the key to correlate a specific PVC's other rows (encapsulation, status, bridge mode) across this MIB's PVC-related objects. For example, when a customer reports one of two configured PVCs is down, support matches the trouble ticket's VPI/VCI pair to the corresponding cpePvcId before checking cpePvcOperStatus.
