What is cpePvcAdminStatus?
This read-create INTEGER (up(1) or down(2)) is the administrative control for activating or deactivating the PVC, though the MIB itself recommends using atmVclAdminStatus in ATM-MIB instead. An admin sets it down(2) to take a PVC out of service without deleting its configuration, for example while troubleshooting. For example, support sets cpePvcAdminStatus to down(2) to isolate a suspect PVC before switching the customer's traffic to a newly provisioned one.
