What is cpePingOperStatus?
This read-only INTEGER reports the CPE's ping test as normal(1) idle, pinging(2) in progress, success(3), or failure(4). An admin polls this to know when a triggered ping test has finished so the results in cpePingResult can be read. For example, an operator polls cpePingOperStatus until it leaves pinging(2) before reading the final statistics.
