What is cpePingAdminStatus?

This read-write INTEGER toggles the CPE's ping test between its stop and start states. An admin uses it to launch a diagnostic ping run after configuring cpePingAddr, cpePingPkgSize, and cpePingCount, or to halt one already in progress. For example, once the target address and packet parameters are set, the operator writes to cpePingAdminStatus to begin the test and later to stop it once results are collected.
