What is cpeIpRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus object controls creation and destruction of a row in the CPE's IP address table. An admin sets this when adding or removing an entire IP configuration entry, as opposed to editing the address or netmask of an existing one. For example, a provisioning script creates a new IP table row via cpeIpRowStatus before populating cpeIpAddress and cpeIpNetmask for a newly added interface.
