What is cpeFtpElapseTime?

This read-only Integer32, in seconds, reports how long the current FTP download has been running. An admin uses it to gauge whether a download is taking abnormally long, which can indicate a congested or unstable DSL line. For example, if cpeFtpElapseTime grows far beyond the expected time for the file's size, support suspects line quality rather than the FTP server as the bottleneck.
