This object defines what happens when the number of routes in a VRF exceeds the configured csVpnVrfMaxRoutes limit: either the excess routes are discarded with an error, or they're accepted anyway alongside a warning message. An administrator would choose 'discard' for VRFs where resource protection is critical, or 'warning-message' where visibility is preferred over strict enforcement. For example, setting this to 'discard' on a VRF with a small route cap prevents an unexpected route flood from silently overwhelming the routing table.
