What is csRtPolicyTermFromVpnRouteTargetNamesListFlag?
This read-only Boolean reports whether a list of VPN Route Target names has been configured as a match condition for this policy term, with the actual list stored separately in csRtPolicyStrTable under a name built from the policy and term names. An admin reads it to confirm whether route-target-based matching is active on this term before digging into the string table for the actual target values.
