What is csRtPolicyTermFromPolicyNamesListFlag?

This read-only Boolean reports whether a list of nested policy names has been specified as a match condition for this term, with each name representing another route policy whose match result feeds into this one; the actual list lives in csRtPolicyStrTable under a name built from this policy and term. An admin checks it to know this term's logic depends on evaluating other named policies before consulting the referenced table for which policies are chained in. For example, seeing this flag true on a term means an admin should look up csRtPolicyStrTable with type term-from-policy-names-list to find which other policies feed into this one's match condition.
