What is csRtPolicyTermFromBgpCommNamesListFlag?

This read-only Boolean reports whether a list of BGP community names has been specified as a match condition for this policy term, with the actual community list stored in csRtPolicyStrTable indexed by the policy and term names. An admin checks it to know whether this term's matching depends on named BGP communities before looking up the specific community values. For example, seeing this flag true for a term means an admin must query csRtPolicyStrTable with type term-from-community-names-list to see which communities are actually being matched.
