What is csRtPolicyTermActionVpnSooOp?
This setting selects how this policy term modifies a matching route's site-of-origin attribute: none leaves it unchanged, set replaces it with the configured SOO value, and delete removes it entirely. An admin uses this to control or clear loop-prevention tagging on VPN routes as they pass through this policy. For example, setting csRtPolicyTermActionVpnSooOp to delete(2) strips the site-of-origin from a route before it is re-exported to another site.
