What is csRtPolicyTermActionVpnRouteTargetOp?
This setting selects how this policy term modifies a matching route's VPN route-target attribute: none leaves it unchanged, set replaces it with the configured route-target list, add appends the listed targets, and subtract removes them. An admin uses this to control VPN topology by rewriting which VRFs import a given route. For example, setting csRtPolicyTermActionVpnRouteTargetOp to add(2) appends an additional route target to a route so a second VRF also imports it.
