This is the standard SNMP RowStatus control used to create or delete an entry in the policy string table that holds named expressions like AS-path patterns, community lists, or prefix lists. An admin sets it when defining a new named expression or removing one no longer referenced by any policy term. For example, setting csRtPolicyStrRowStatus to destroy(6) removes a named community list after all terms referencing it have been updated to use a different one.
