What is csRsvpIfRefreshMultiple?

This read-create integer is the RSVP 'K' parameter, specifying the minimum number of refresh intervals that must elapse before a PATH or RESV state that is not being refreshed will be aged out and removed. It directly controls how tolerant this interface is of a missed refresh message before giving up on the associated reservation. An administrator on a lossy WAN link experiencing occasional dropped refresh messages might raise csRsvpIfRefreshMultiple so a single lost refresh does not tear down an otherwise healthy reservation.
