This read-create object is the row-status control for an entry in the RSVP interface queue table, following the standard RowStatus convention to create, activate, or remove a per-queue bandwidth configuration entry. An administrator uses it to commit a newly configured queue's bandwidth settings into active use or to remove an obsolete queue entry. Setting csRsvpIfQueueRowStatus to active would apply a newly defined queue's csRsvpIfQueueBandwidth setting on the interface.
