This read-only gauge reports the total number of RSVP neighbors currently perceived on this interface, which will exceed the sum of csRsvpIfIpNbrs and csRsvpIfUdpNbrs by however many neighbors are using both encapsulations simultaneously. It gives an administrator the overall neighbor count for quick health checks, separate from the encapsulation-specific breakdowns. A sudden drop in csRsvpIfNbrs on a multiaccess interface would indicate one or more RSVP-speaking neighbors have stopped communicating on that link.
