What is csRipIfConfSplitHorizon?

Split Horizon is a loop-prevention technique for RIP, and this object is the enable/disable toggle for that feature on a specific virtual interface. Administrators care because disabling split horizon on a multi-access RIP segment can lead to routing loops and count-to-infinity problems, so this object indicates whether that safeguard is active. As an example, an engineer verifies csRipIfConfSplitHorizon is set to enable on a hub-and-spoke Frame Relay interface to prevent routes learned from one spoke from being re-advertised back out the same interface.
