What is csRipIfConfFlashUpdate?

This enable/disable object controls whether Flash Updates are triggered on this RIP interface, meaning RIP sends an update immediately when a route changes instead of waiting for the next periodic timer. An administrator cares about this because enabling flash updates reduces convergence time after a topology change, at the cost of additional update traffic on the interface. For example, enabling csRipIfConfFlashUpdate on a core virtual interface lets neighboring routers learn within seconds that a metric changed after a circuit flapped, rather than waiting for the normal periodic RIP update interval.
