What is csPwVcOutboundOperStatus?
This object reports the actual operational status of this pseudowire specifically in the outbound direction, showing 'down' if PW signaling hasn't completed or service-level indications show the VC isn't passing packets outbound. Administrators use it alongside the inbound status object to isolate which direction of a bidirectional pseudowire has failed. For example, if a customer can receive but not send traffic over a pseudowire, checking this object would likely show 'down' while the inbound status remains 'up'.
