What is csPwVcInboundOperStatus?

This object reports the actual operational status of this pseudowire specifically in the inbound direction, showing 'down' if PW signaling hasn't completed or service-level indications show the VC isn't passing packets inbound. Administrators check this when the combined csPwVcOperStatus shows a problem, to determine whether the fault lies specifically on the receive side of the circuit. For example, an inbound status stuck at 'down' while outbound shows 'up' would point an engineer toward a one-way signaling or connectivity problem from the remote PE.
