This read-create RowStatus governs this PPPoE session table row but, per the description, creation via SNMP SET is not allowed since entries appear automatically when a session is established, and the row is usable only for deletion, as sessions are usually torn down by the peer. An admin uses this to manually purge a stale session entry left behind after an abnormal subscriber disconnect. Setting this to destroy(6) clears an orphaned session row that the peer failed to properly tear down.
