Description: The number of seconds that, after entering OverflowState, a router will attempt to leave OverflowState. This allows the router to again originate non-default AS-external-LSAs. When set to 0, the router will not leave Overflow- State until restarted.

What is csOspfExitOverflowInterval?

This PositiveInteger sets how many seconds after entering OverflowState the router will wait before attempting to leave it and resume originating non-default external LSAs, with 0 meaning it stays in OverflowState until restarted. It gives an admin control over how quickly the router self-recovers after an external-LSA overflow condition clears. Setting this to 0 on a virtual router is a deliberate choice to require manual intervention rather than silent automatic recovery after an overflow event.
