What is csOrionVrSpfTcpSeqCheck?

This read-write enable/disable object controls whether the stateful packet filter validates TCP sequence numbers during connection setup, the established state, and connection close. An admin enables this as a security hardening measure to reject spoofed or out-of-window TCP packets, or disables it temporarily when troubleshooting an application whose TCP stack behaves non-standardly. For example, if a legacy application's connections are being unexpectedly reset, the admin might disable sequence checking temporarily to confirm whether strict validation is the cause.
