What is csOrionVrSpfTcpCloseTimeout?
This read-write Integer32 (1-900 seconds) sets how long the filter keeps a TCP session's state around in the TIME_WAIT phase after the connection closes. An admin shortens this on a VR handling extremely high connection turnover to free session-table capacity faster, since a low value frees resources sooner but a value too low risks confusing a delayed duplicate packet from the just-closed connection. For example, a VR fronting a high-churn load-balanced web tier might reduce this timeout to keep its connection table from filling with completed sessions.
