What is csOrionVrDsByteFilterRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus creates or deletes a row in the virtual router's DSByte filter table, each row representing one ACL-to-marking-action binding. An admin sets this to active(1) to enable a newly configured filter or destroy(6) to remove one no longer needed. Creating the row is the step that actually starts the VR applying that particular TOS/DSCP rewrite to matching traffic.
