What is csOrionVncQueueRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus object governs creation and deletion of an individual rate-allocation queue entry. An admin uses it to add a new bandwidth queue for a traffic class or remove one that's no longer needed. For example, provisioning a new queue for a newly added customer service means creating a row here and setting its min/max bandwidth values before activating it.
