What is csOrionViStatsRateLimitTxPktsDropped?
This 64-bit counter, active only when rate limiting is enabled on this Virtual Interface, totals the number of transmit packets dropped by the rate-limiting mechanism. An admin uses it as the packet-count companion to the dropped-bytes counter when quantifying how much outbound traffic this VI's rate limiter is shedding. For example, comparing csOrionViStatsRateLimitTxPktsDropped against csOrionViStatsOutUcastPkts shows what fraction of this VI's outbound unicast packet attempts are being shaped away.
