What is csOrionViStatsRateLimitRxPktsDropped?
This 64-bit counter, active only when rate limiting is enabled on this Virtual Interface, totals the number of receive packets dropped by the rate-limiting mechanism. An admin uses it as the packet-count companion to the dropped-bytes counter when quantifying inbound traffic shed by this VI's rate limiter. For example, comparing csOrionViStatsRateLimitRxPktsDropped against csOrionViStatsInUcastPkts shows what fraction of this VI's inbound unicast packets are being rate-limited away.
