What is csOrionViPktFilterTcpStatus?
This INTEGER restricts the filter to a specific TCP connection state: don't-care (any packet), setup (SYN only), or established (mid-session packets) on this virtual interface. It lets an admin build filters that, for example, only let new outbound TCP connections start while quietly permitting return traffic of already-established sessions, a common building block for a stateful-style ACL. On VI 4 facing the Frame Relay uplink, an admin might set this to 'established' so a rule only matches packets belonging to sessions the local side initiated, not unsolicited SYNs.
