Setting this Boolean to true cancels a Virtual Router failover to the backup processor engine that was triggered but has not yet completed, since the actual failover only starts after the fail-over timer expires. An admin uses it to back out of a failover request made in error, or one no longer needed because the original problem cleared, before the timer runs out. For example, if csOrionVPNVRouterFailOver was set to true by mistake, setting csOrionVPNVRouterAbortFailOver to true within the timer window keeps the VR on its primary PE.
