What is csOrionTunnelSwitchTargetRowStatus?
This read-create RowStatus creates or deletes a row in the tunnel-switching target table, each row representing one candidate destination address a switched tunnel could be relayed to. An admin activates a row after setting the target's priority and session cap, or destroys it when decommissioning that relay path. Setting this to destroy(6) removes a target that has been replaced by a newer LNS address.
