What is csOrionTraceRouteReqHops?
This integer sets the maximum number of hops this traceroute operation will attempt before giving up on reaching the destination host. An admin raises it for a distant destination expected to be many hops away, or lowers it to bound how far the trace searches on a known-nearby target. For example, setting csOrionTraceRouteReqHops to 15 is enough for most regional destinations, while a longer international path might require raising it to 30.
