What is csOrionSystemControlBladeFailOver?

This read-write value is an action object that, when set to failover, forces the master control blade to switch over to the standby control blade. It lets an admin proactively test or force redundancy failover, for example before performing maintenance on the active control blade. For example, prior to upgrading firmware on the primary control blade, an operator sets csOrionSystemControlBladeFailOver to failover so the standby takes over master duties first.
