What is csOrionSystemBootConcurrentDownloads?

This read-write value is an integer capping how many boot-image or file downloads the system runs at the same time, with 0 meaning unlimited. It lets an admin protect an underpowered TFTP or FTP server from being overwhelmed when many blades boot or reload images simultaneously. For example, an admin sets csOrionSystemBootConcurrentDownloads to 4 after noticing the site's TFTP server times out when all the blades in a chassis try to redownload images at once after a mass reset.
