Module: COSINE-ORION-MIB
OID (symbolic): COSINE-ORION-MIB::csOrionQueueGroupSubGroupAllocation
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3085.3.1.5.3.1.1.4
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: OCTET STRING
Access: read-write
Description: An action object used to set the weigth of all queues that belong to the same group priority. It starts with octet 1 for the first queue and octet n-1 for the last queue. Each value will be propagated to the parameter csOrionQueueWeight of a specific csOrionQueueEntry. That should be used for reading. Currently(rel.3.0), a single priority group can have only a maximum of 5 queues. And, sum of percentage of all the Queues must not exceed 100%
What is csOrionQueueGroupSubGroupAllocation?
This object is an action used to set the relative weight of all queues belonging to the same group priority in one operation, with octet 1 holding the weight for the first queue and so on up to octet n-1 for the last queue; each value propagates to the csOrionQueueWeight parameter of the corresponding queue entry, which should be used for reading back the result. Administrators use it to bulk-configure QoS queue weighting for a priority group rather than setting each queue individually, noting that currently a single priority group supports a maximum of 5 queues. For example, an engineer rebalancing bandwidth allocation across a group's queues would write a new sequence of weight octets here in one set operation instead of updating each csOrionQueueWeight object separately.
