Description: This object is used to enable/disable the PPP.
What is csOrionPppIfAdminStatus?
This read-write enable/disable object turns PPP on or off for this Logical Interface. An admin disables this to take a PPP link out of service for maintenance without deleting its underlying configuration, then re-enables it afterward. For example, before swapping a WAN circuit's physical cabling, the admin would disable PPP on the affected logical interface to prevent flapping alarms during the change.
