What is csOrionPingCtlTrapFilter?

This value sets the threshold number of unanswered ping probes within a test run that causes the test to be considered failed. An admin tunes it to avoid false alarms from a single dropped probe while still catching genuine reachability loss. For example, setting csOrionPingCtlTrapFilter to 3 means the test is only marked failed if more than 3 of the configured probes go unanswered.
