What is csOrionPingCtlTargetAddress?
This IP address specifies the host that a remote SNMP-controlled ping test targets, and it must be set before this ping test entry can be transitioned to active via csOrionPingCtlRowStatus. An admin configures it to point a diagnostic ping test at a specific remote device, such as a customer's CPE or a peer router.
