This RowStatus object is used to add or delete rows in the Orion numeric-list table, the table referenced by name from GAL entries such as csOrionGenAclSrcPortList to group multiple port values under one label. Without activating a row here, a named numeric-list referenced elsewhere in the firewall configuration would not resolve to any actual ports. For example, an administrator building the 'voip-src-ports' numeric-list would set this object to createAndGo(4) once the port values for that named list are populated.
