This read-create RowStatus is used to add and remove individual PPP multilink links from a bundle, one row per member link association. An admin sets this to active(1) to add a new physical or logical link into an existing bundle, or to destroy(6) to remove one, for instance when reallocating a link to a different bundle. Adding a fifth link to a bundle currently at ActiveLinks 4 via this object would increase the bundle's available aggregate bandwidth.
